Refunds are not available for:

  • Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or used
  • Custom or bespoke services (unless defective)

  • Lost or misused discount codes or promotional credits

13. Consumer Rights

13.1 Consumer Protection Act 2015

If you are a consumer (a natural person buying goods or services for personal use), you have rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.

For distance purchases (online sales), if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of:

Exceptions:
